Refund & Cancellation Policy

Hosted plans ("Rent") can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard (Billing, then Cancel plan). It takes a few clicks, no emails or calls. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

If Millicent is not right for your community, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a hosted plan or a source licence and we will refund it in full. One refund per customer.

For source licences, a refund ends your licence: you must stop using and delete the source code.

The setup service is refundable in full before we start work. Once we have delivered your personality settings and knowledge files, it is not refundable, but we will revise them until you are happy within 30 days.

If you were charged by mistake or twice, we refund the extra charge. If a hosted plan is unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row because of us, we credit the affected days.
